- Electronic Bulletin Board on Health Care: American International Health Alliance offers IGC/Glasnet subscribers conferences on health policy, and information on medical assistance programs in the NIS
- International Orthodox Christian Charities program helps 40 local Russian charitable organizations develop capacity to provide humanitarian assistance and social services.
