• Our constant user � Michail Chaikovskiy � vice president of Voronezh municipal institution �Intellectual Property Protection Society� shared with good news: as a result of our joint activities, the representatives of Eurasia Foundation are going to visit this organization.

• A meeting was carried out with the chairman of the Regional Association of Boards of Regional Public Self-governance (Stepnyak Victor). We discussed plans for joint activities within the framework of the Project.

• A meeting was carried out with Tamara Begidova - director of Regional Juvenile School of Adaptive Physical Education of Invalids. New public access point will be opened on the basis of this organization. The proposed solutions of technical issues were evaluated and discussed.

• In accordance with request of the president of local writer association �Warrior union� Alexander Degtayrev the section about North-Don Cossack Union was updated. We also printed out his verses, which were published on the VCN server.
• A meeting was carried out with Sergey Synorov - correspondent of Voronezh State Television/Radio Company. We discussed theme and prepared information for the next radio program.
• 10 ^th of January
• Our constant user Labynskyi visited the central PAP. He got acquainted with his personal page and corrected his information. We opened a personal mail box for him.

• A meeting was carried out with the president of Voronezh Regional Agricultural Credit Co-operative Yuriy Vlasenko. We identified areas of mutual interests and discussed plans for joint activities.

• A meeting was carried out with Irina Kyzmina - correspondent of the newspaper �Gazeta s ylitsu Lizyukova�. The personal mail box was also opened for her. We rendered consultations on networking. We also discussed plans for joint activities within the framework of the project.

• In accordance with request of VCN constant user Elena Marek, we search for specific addresses, and helped her to dispatch electronic messages.
