Meetings and communications pertaining to output (with full address):

  • There was organized a meeting between children from Public Charitable Fund �Arc� and Alexandre V. Malov, Kazan Zoo director advisor. An excursion over the Zoo and a talk about saving animals� world, using interesting illustrations, has been carried out for children. There were discussed questions, concerning development and introduction of ecology programs.
  • Meeting at State Council (with Mr. Vagizov, Khakimov, Kniazkin participation), devoted to president elections in the Tatarstan Republic the 25th of March, 2001.
Activities in Kazan or other locations pertaining to output (description, diagrams for technical issues) :
  • Kazan civic networking site, work with participants
  •  5 new participants, interested in collaboration were registered on the Kazan civic networking site.
  • 10% site auditory increase for the last month witnesses growing interest for the site work.
  •  9 new informational articles have been published on the site.
  •  An active part was taken in Tatarstan presidential pre-election campaign. As it had been expected, Mintimer Shaimiev, the Tatarstan Republic President, was elected for the third term.

  •  A client site, devoted to bears raising in captivity at the Kazan Zoo has been prepared.
  • Administrators and technical consultants group realizes usual work for round-the-clock assistance to �Kazan civic networking program� participants.

    Humanitarian maintenance group accomplishments:
  • An active work to develop ecological programs in the framework of Kazan Zoo and Kazan civic networking collaboration.
  • An active agitational work, aimed at civic self-consciousness raising was carried out for population. The work was to be conducive to increase a civic activity during the Tatarstan Republic President elections.
  • Public organizations activity is under control of project organizers.
  • Work to conduct an informational center and to publish information in Russian and English in �Tatastan Republic news� site heading is carried out.
  •  
    Training activities and number of individuals trained:
       
    • Studies, concerning Internet information publishing for everybody interested, was carried out by Oleg Krassilnikov at the Kazan State Technical University public access center.
    • Regular studies for children at the Sophia Church were organized as usual. 17 kids at the age from 9 to 13 have been at four studies.
