This Community Network Planning Guide was developed by the Electronic Village Technologies (EVT) group at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. This FAQ address questions they recieve from other communities who are developing community networks. As one of the earliest and most well known community networks, they have invaluable information to offer.
