The interaction spheres was determined for SCIC and SCN and agreement was achieved about a treaty conclusion between SCIC and HECA "Povolje" including the support and development of SCN.

• The joint project of HECA "Povolje" and UIC on the creation of Internet representation "Third sector of Samara province" were negotiated with Internet programs co-ordinator of Open Society Institute L. Seryh.
• The problems of interaction between Project "Harmony" and SCN were discussed with Paul Hinshaw, director of Project "Harmony" program for Samara province.
• Representative of CAF (Great Britain) Samanta Ieits was informed about SCN project development and its role in growing of the third sector of Samara province.
• The agreement was achieved with Alenicheva L. - coordinator of Fund "Eurassia" programs about creation of Internet representation of thierd sector of Samara province in the scope of project Open Society Institute - Fund "Eurassia" "Third sector of Russia".

Funding and equipment acquisition

The contracts were preconcerted and signed about funding and equipment acquisition on grant (total sum 14353$ according the contract �9/98 of 18.06.98). SSTU representatives had received and delivered obtained equipment from Moscow to Samara.
