Concept
To protect our information space from overloading and useless information an access to The Siberian Business Review (SBR) resources is permitted only for registered Subscribers (users). Registration allows Subscribers gain a trial access to SBR information resources for one month and creates a personal account with a $100 credit, which is equal to one-year subscription to The Review. In case a Subscriber (user) shall not pay off this credit within 40 days after registration, an access to some SBR sections will be denied. Unregistered Subscriber gains access to the materials of the first and second issues of The Review, summaries of the articles from the last issues of The Review, and the list of the articles planned for publishing. One-year subscription gives a membership status.

Membership
After registration, a Subscriber gets a membership. Using his/her personal login and password a member of the SBR Interactive gets:
- Four issues each year, full texts of the SBR Archives and a vote to select articles, topics and authors for the next SBR issues;
- Regular meetings with experts in the SBR Virtual Club and a vote to select experts and topics for the next Club sessions;
- Some space on the SBR Virtual Market Place to introduce him(her)self for making new links with businessmen and experts.

If you pass the SBR registration you will receive a SBR membership reciept by E-mail.
