There is an excellent program for people such as yourself (with extensive experience in either a management or technical field) to aid the development in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. International Executive Service Corps places volunteer American executives in over 90 countries around the world. IESC maintains a database of over 14,000 retired executives that are matched for requests for assistance from overseas. A full description and contact information are
available under the US-NIS Organizations Business section.
