The services have actually increased and the budgetary needs have actually declined. It raises all the money it needs from grants and the local community, is out of debt wih some money in an endowment. Was featured in the recent PBS series entitled "Visionaries." It is a model of efficiency and organization. A book, BETTER THAN MONEY CAN BUY, explains a lot of the core concepts such as the need for personal responsibility and leaving personal agendas at the door, both of which support a new concept of Group Work, a step beyond teamwork.
