The intent of the "Friends and Partners Catalog" is to provide a complete searchable/browsable resource on all Internet resources dealing with the Newly Independent States and with US (or the "West") exchange and cooperation with the NIS. It is an ambitious effort and one we hope will assist in locating useful resources on the rapidly growing Internet.
Please note that we welcome (indeed, need!) your links and input into this distributed database. If you wish to become a primary contributor to the system, please write us so that we can help you make best use of the database and its various options.
