The intent of the "Friends and Partners Catalog" is to provide a complete searchable/browsable resource on all Internet resources dealing with the Newly Independent States and with US (or the "West") exchange and cooperation with the NIS. It is an ambitious effort and one we hope will assist in locating useful resources on the rapidly growing Internet.

She manages the Web site, an active pair of email listservers, and organizes an annual conference in Russia of space engineers, astronauts and cosmonauts.
