This jointly organized international symposium will bring together teachers, nature protection bodies, educational systems and public movements, scholars and specialists in order to exchange environmental education experiences and information. This symposium will be held from September 6-11, 1999 in Barnual, Altai Region.

This is one of the best organizations involved in US, Russian exchange - and they've been at it for a long time (since the days when US and Russian exchange was limited mainly to music and performing arts).
