- MSI) David A. Cohen (Senior Associate) was informed about the consortium
SCN activity and about the project "Russuan Civic Network".

The trust "Know How" (Great Britain) representatives Martin Harris and
Annie Feltham were informed about the consortium SCN activity and about
the project "Russuan Civic Network
19 services were provided on the base of HecA "Povolzje" (registered)
on the computer techniques lending, Internet access etc. (about 30 hours).
Design development of the site "Information agency of non-profit sector"
and organization home page was completed.
There was continued the work towards the collecting of material
for the organisation's home pages (21 organisations)
The new section of the "Russia nations" "German" development was continued.
The design development was started for the site "Guidebook for forced
migrants".
The planned work with new users was carried out.
