1. On June 9 the OK_Club � a base organization of OCN � held its portback election conference and the celebration party devoted to the 5th Anniversary of the Club. The event gathered about 50 participants.

III. Election of the Civic Council, Secretary, and Treasurer.

IV. Approval of the member due rate for 2001.

The Meeting of Partners-Founders suggested approving Yurii Koftan as OK_Club President for 2001 for 2-years turn.

2. The �Culture� section has a number of new resources, developed by OCN volunteers.

• E. Chastikova � Member of Union of Writers of Russia, author of 10 books; N. Kolupaev � author of collected poetry �My Hamlet�; V. Prokoshin � Member of Union of Writers of Russia, author of 7 books (pen-name Eugene Kozinaki).

• Page of a translator of Polish science fiction, citizen of Obninsk, E. Vaisbrot. For 40 years he translated 30 polish authors. The total amount of translated literary works that have been published is more than 150.

• New pages of Obninsk artists: E. Fedorova, V. Vagin, V. Malchevsky.

• The site �Spiritual World of Naukograd� was reconstructed. Now it has new pages of Obninsk Dixieland and Jazz Club, ballet studios of the Rachkovsky and Deryabina

• WEB site of the "Christmas Cathedral" was created

• A new page of Lev Lyashko came into being. He�s the Chairman of not-for-profit organization �Intelligence of the Future�, Head of the Federal Scientific-Education Program �Youth. Science. Culture�, Editor-in-Chief of a journal of scientific-educational and creative projects �Pyramid-mAxima"!

1. The design development is finished for WEB site of NGO �Obninsk Volunteers for International Partnership�. The site will be located on OCN during July.
2. The Obninsk Community Foundation and the �Community� (NGO) suggested adding a new section to the OCF WEB site instead of opening a new site �Charity via Internet�. This will allow us to use already existing resources more efficiently and will strengthen the second fundraising company started by OCF. New structure of the OCF WEB site is worked out. Now we determine the most important direction for charitable aid (seniors, youth policy, maintaining of the city territory) and continue to compose a list of local organizations that have tradition of charitable aid. Two consultations (via Internet) were conducted with the leaders of the United Way of Anderson County to improve English version of the OCF brochure.
