1. Meetings and Contacts:

1. The negotiations on opening the center of public access in urban clinical hospital No 13 are conducted, the measures necessary to organize the center of public access are planned.
2. The negotiation with V. Virupayev, the newspaper editor assistant " Sam Khoziain " on publishing the newspaper information on pages of site " Kazan Civic Networking " is conducted.
3. Consent of cooperation and opening of the public access center between Project Administrators and Tatiana G. Borisova, the Administrator of "Arc", the Republic Tatarstan Orthodox Church Organization of Spiritual and Moral Development of Children and Youth has been received.

2. Technical Group Work: Results

2.1. Work with interactive communications system of the "Kazan Civic networking":
2.1.1. New site design is developed in view of all previous mistakes,
2.1.2. Work with protection system of the "Kazan Civic networking" is conducted
2.1.3. During September 16 new project participants, interested in working within the framework of the "Kazan Civic Networking " program were registered on a site,
2.1.4. Information on wishes and claims, coming from the network users is daily processed,
2.1.5. Weekly news publication "About us" is planned
2.2. Tatarstan Orthodox Church Public Charitable Fund of Spiritual Moral Development of Children and Youth "Arc" (http://cnk.kai.ru/friends/covcheg/index.html) and "The Center of new medical technologies training" (http://cnk.kai.ru/friends/endosur/index.html) are assisted in creation of sites.

2.3. System of dynamic leading providers switching on the free channel is entered into operation.
2.4. A round-the-clock technical support of Internet users is conducted within the framework of the program

3. Humanitarian Maintenance Group Work Results:

3.1. Work to distribute the information on public organizations activity is conducted.
3.2. "Have no hundred roubles, and have hundred friends " is the title of article, published in the weekly urban free distribution newspaper and concerning the project's activities " Kazan Civic networking ". The invitation announcement to cooperate with noncommercial republic organizations is published.
3.3. There is a constant information interaction of project participants
3.4. Legislative materials, concerning Internet users rights are worked on

4. Educational measures:
A series of theoretical and practical educational studies on computer work facilities bases (hardware maintenance, software), basic rules of Internet work for students of the Orthodox Church Kazan seminary is carried out. The diagram, revealing the practical studies realization at the center of public access is planned. Examinations results will define the admission conditions to final test.
