In the accounting period the technical group of the project continued
to work on improvement the site. The humanitarian group has organized three
publications in local press (newspaper " Youth of Tatarstan ", " Time and
money ", "Suvar"). July 26 the employee of the project R. Bulatov has organized
meeting the representatives NGO Republic Tatarstan with the chief of division
of Department of tax police of Russian Federation on Republic Tatarstan
by the colonel O. Yourlin, lawyer A. Kogan, on which the representatives
of NGO have familiarized with the information on state tax politics of
Russian Federation concerning public associations, about tax privileges,
charity. In July behind the help on registration and in Ministry of justice
Republic Tatarstan and legal assistance have addressed the female crisis
centre "Fatima", initiative group on creation of public children's organization
(S. Usmanova), public organization on protection of children of the invalids
(A. Hafizov). The help on drawing up of the Charter of organization was
rendered to last organization. The work of three centres of open access
the Internet proceeded. The employees of the project acquainted the representatives
of NGO, not participating in the project, with opportunities the Internet.
Also was assisted by preparation and development of the project to a public
psychological service "Trust" (S.Husyinova). Subsequently July 28 carried
out special meeting of NGO on consultations in sphere fundraising, in particular,
have taken part: public organization " Management of the future " (�. Ditytkina),
Union " Chernobyl " ( G. Gilyev), Psychological society Republic Tatarstan
(R. Gabdreev), independent commission on protection of the rights of the
women, youth and young families in Republic Tatarstan (A. Nasyrova), children's
shelter Raifa of a monastery (f. Vsevolod), ... ... ....
Abbot Raifa of a monastery f. Vsevolod has told about experience of
attraction of means for realization social - significant of projects and
support of a children's shelter. (For merits on strengthening a civil society
both preservation and development of spiritual - moral traditions f. Vsevolod
in July same year. Is awarded with the President of Russian Federation
by an Award of friendship). The chief of the project D. Vokhmyanin has
told about opportunities the Internet in sphere to support and development
of NGO.
In July in the project began to work new volunteers - A. Luchinin (student
of Nizhnekamsk branch of the Moscow humanitarian -economic institute),
O. Bulatov (student of the Tatar institute of assistance to business).
The employees of the project D. Vokhmyanin, R. Bulatov, P. Chikov volunteers
A. Nasyrova, R. Nazipova, O. Bulatov have taken part in formation of the
collection of scientific works of Nizhnekamsk branch of the Moscow humanitarian-economic
institute.
