1. Accomplishments during report period :
1. Meetings and communications pertaining to output (with full address):
2. Negotiations with chair head of "Theoretic Communications Bases" department (Kazan Energy Industry University) professor Emily A. Tayssina, concerning questions on students and teachers participation in the "Kazan Civic networking" project, connected to new specialization of "PR" opening were conducted.
3. Meeting with Kevin Boss, Director of "Global Source Net" is conductive to development of new possibilities of "Kazan Civic networking" and "Educational Cultural Exchange" projects.

2. Activities in Kazan or other locations pertaining to output (description, diagrams for technical issues) :
2.1. Work with communication interactive system of "Kazan Civic networking ":
2.1.1. Trial of breaking in the "Kazan Civic networking " site was prevented successfully by the administrator in the framework of information control system of "Kazan Civic networking ".
2.1.2. 9 new users are connected to information interactive system. Information on the Tatarstan Republic was added on the " Kazan Civic networking " site.
2.1.3. Administrator's work to accept and to control new users site information for placing their publications on site is realized
2.1.4. At the request of professor D.A. Salmin the work to simplify site registration forms has been begun
2.1.5 Information on wishes and claims, coming from the network users is daily processed as it was made in previous months

2.2. "Association of General Schools Education" organization site is placed (http://cnk.kai.ru/friends/3eyes/)
2.2.1. Round-the-clock technical assistance of Internet users is realized within the framework of the program

3 Humanitarian maintenance group accomplishments:

3.1. Work to provide information interaction between project's participants, organizations, working together within the framework of the project "Kazan Civil networking" is realized.
3.2. Work to distribute information on public organizations' activity is continued
3.3. New articles are published on "Kazan Civic networking" site in section "News about the Tatarstan Republic" on Russian and English variants.
3.4. Organization meeting was held for non-commercial organizations, project's participants, concerning previous results of "Kazan Civic networking" work results.

4. Training activities and number of individuals trained:
4.1. Consultations (28 members enclosed) on Internet work bases at the center of public access at the Tupolev Kazan State Technological University was carried out.
4.2. Studies, intended for doctors, interested in Internet work were carried out at the public access center of the Hospital No 13 under the direction of professor Igor V. Fedorov
