Accomplishments during report period :

1. meetings and communications pertaining to output (with full address):

• The negotiations on opening the center of public access in urban clinical hospital No 13 are conducted, the measures necessary to organize the center of public access are planned.
• The negotiation with new "Kazan Civic networking" project's participants organizations is conducted.

1. Work with communication interactive system of "Kazan Civic networking ":
1.1 17 new users are connected to information interactive system. Information assistance of " Kazan Civic networking " site is realized, work to accept new users and to control site users activity is carried out,
1.2 Protection system control of the " Kazan Civic networking " is realized
1.3 Information on wishes and claims, coming from the network users is daily processed,
2. Work to create "Smiths Guild of the Tatarstan Republic" (http://cnk.kai.ru/friends/smex/), "Vityaz" (http://cnk.kai.ru/friends/vityaz/) organizations' sites is conducted.
3. During the Fourth week of month the problem on quality improvement of telephone lines was solved.
4. Round-the-clock technical assistance of Internet users is realized within the framework of the program.

3. Humanitarian maintenance group accomplishments:

1. Work to distribute information about the project "Kazan Civic networking" activity, to promulgate the public organizations activity - is the basic task of humanitarian group.
2. Information center work is conducted, new articles are published on "Kazan Civic networking" site.
3. Work to control and form the leading line of project's participants information interaction is conducted.
4. Materials on subject " Rights of Internet users " are partially prepared for publication.

4. Progress towards achieving purpose and objectives :

To the end of November within the framework of the program " Kazan Civic networking " is realized everything, planned under the project: five centers work instead of three centers of public access. 27 organizations which have received free-of-charge monthly access to the Internet are linked up. Communication interactive system " Kazan Civic Networking ", allowing to partners to take an equal part at the project, on publishing information, concerning their activity. Regular Internet work training are conducted. Two seminars " Legal regulation of State and non-commercial organizations interaction; non-commercial organizations and public organizations participation in legislative processes ", " NCO in the Internet " are carried out.
Monitoring results on public not governmental movement legislation and publicistic materials, concerning life and activity of the Republic are published. The round-the-clock assistance of modem pool serviceability for participants of "Kazan Civic networking" project is realized.
 

5. Training activities and number of individuals trained:

A series of theoretical and practical educational studies on computer work facilities bases (hardware maintenance, software), basic rules of Internet work for students of the Orthodox Church Kazan seminary is carried out. The diagram, revealing the practical studies realization at the center of public access is planned. Examinations results will define the admission conditions to final test.
