    1. Meetings and communications pertaining to output (with full address):
1. The Kazan Human Defense Center is created with active assistance of the employees of the project �The Kazan Civic Networking�. Within the framework of this organization the free-of-charge legal advice is open, the Center of Public Access to the Internet is planned to open. The active cooperation with the Kazan Human Defense Center will allow more widely to capture the population of city, to involve attention to problems of the citizens.

2. The active negotiation is conducted on opening the new center of Public Access to the Internet in Agricultural Academy.

      1. �The Kazan Civic Networking� site, work with participants
        1. The active work on creation the Internet - representation for Kazan Human Defense Center is conducted.
        2. 11 new informational articles have been published on the site of the �Kazan Civic Networking� project.
        3. 3 new users were connected to work of a network.
        4.2.1.
      2. After a series of technical problems and repair is started modem pull on a basis 3���, tooken within the framework of the project. The modem pull is extended for 8 telephone lines.
      3. The maintenance service for the Internet users was conducted in a usual mode, 15 calls have arrived, on which the technical advices were given, the technical help is rendered. As before during one month the round-the-clock work on support of the network servers was in a usual working mode conducts.
4.3. Humanitarian maintenance group accomplishments:
      1. The information work on preparation of measures connected with the beginning of new academic year is carried out.
      2. The work on preparation of annual monitoring of the human rights in Tatarstan Republic is conducted.
      3. The coordination work of public organizations is conducted within the framework of the project.
4.3.4. The work of an information center is conducted. Information Center publishes materials in Russian and English in �Tatarstan Republic news� site heading is carried out.

  2. 5.2. 1 study were given at the center of Public Access to the Internet of �Solnishko�. 14 people took part in this study.

    5.1. A training activity has been conducted at the center of Public Access to the Internet of Sofi Church, where 17 children took part.
