Polaris A-2 first underwater launch.
First underwater launching of Navy Polaris A-2, and first firing from submarine, U.S.S. Ethan Allen.

1961 Nov 3 -

Three Polaris A-2 missiles fired in 3 hours.
Three Polaris A-2 missiles successfully fired within 3-hour period from submarine period from submarine Ethan Allen.
