Upper stage motor is the apogee kick motor for the FLTSTACOM satellite. The motor case contains the same volume as the STAR 37E, which is discontinued. The semi-submerged nozzle assembly uses a 3-D carbon-carbon throat and a carbon-phenolic exit cone. Propellant: 1067 kg of AP/HTPB/Al in 6Al-4V titanium case. The motor has been qualified for propellant offloading to 1,023 kg. Total impulse 311,041 kgf-s. Propellant mass fraction 0.929.
