This table is a work in progress. Any comments, corrections, additions etc. are highly welcome. Please contact Dietrich Haeseler and/or Mark Wade. You may select Zipped MS Excel 3.0 format, or if you only want to download text files on the Internet, CSV comma delimited text format (won't be read properly by European programmes where comma instead of period is used for decimal points).
