Canada-Russia Partnership Fund
University of Calgary

The fund works through the University of Calgary to support small-scale technical cooperation projects between Canadian and Russian institutions in four priority sectors: democratic development, northern studies, joint investment and natural resources development. The Gorbachev Foundation in Moscow is a principal partner.
