Panorama of Russia is a publisher and book distributor which specializes in non-fiction publications from Russia and the Ukraine. These include books, manuscripts, and electronic dictionaries from academic and commercial publishers. The fields we cover include politics, government, arts and cinema, military affairs, legal affairs, media, ethnic issues, and language.

TO ORDER: We are happy to accept orders via E-MAIL. We will invoice you. Just list the items you want together with your name and shipping address.

Shipping and handling charges: in the US: $2.00 for the first book and $0.50 each additional.
Canada and Mexico: $6.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional.
Overseas: Orders will be shipped airmail at actual cost of postage plus $2.00 per shipment.
Note: for multi-volume works, each volume is counted as one book.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks drawn on US banks. All payments must be in US $.

REFUND POLICY: Panorama of Russia guarantees your complete satisfaction with its products. If, for any reason, you feel a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in good condition within 45 days for a full refund.

Prepayment discount: (Does not include credit card orders) is 10 percent.
Student discount: 10% Must be enrolled in a university program connected with the study of Russia to qualify.
Volume discounts: are available as follows:
More than $100.00, 10 percent
More than $250.00, 15 percent plus free shipping in the USA
To qualify for a volume discount, all books must be ordered at the same time.
