PVO/NIS Project Bulletins

World Learning publishes occasional "PVO/NIS Project Bulletins." The last one, on the theme of NGO law in the NIS, was 28 pages in length. It included an interesting historical essay by Professor Galina Ulianova on patterns of charitable giving in Moscow from the 1860s to World War I.
