the New Independent States and Baltic Republics

PIER is a committee comprised of members of the American Association of Collegial Registrars and Admissions Officers and NAFSA: Association of International Educators with the participation of the College Board. This directory was published in 1995 and includes listings for universities, polytechnics, institutes and academies, pedagogical institutes, specialized uchilishcha, and conservatories. Each listing includes the name of the institution in both English and Russian (in Cyrillic), address, phone, when established, and fields of study. The cost is $35 for members of NAFSA or AACRAO and $50.00 for non-members. When ordering, please include with your check the amount for shipping and handling: $5.00 for U.S. addresses and $7.50 for addresses outside the U.S.
