Center on Economic Research (CER) has been established in Uzbekistan in 1997 as an independent research institution in order to support the process of economic transformation through policy advice to the Government on key issues of economic and social policy, and as well supporting the process of the national capacity building in the areas of public economic management, policy analysis and human development.International Partners include: UNOPS, GTZ, World Bank, and Knowhow fund.
