Association of Students—Plast (Scouts) Youth

ASPY was founded in Autumn 1997 to provide a forum for Plast members (Ukrainian Scouts) studying in Ukrainian universities. The association organizes get-togethers, trips, and summer camps for Plast. It also runs a volunteer program, Scouts Introduce You To Kyiv, offering free, English-language tours of Kyiv's architecture, parks, museums, and historical sites. ASPY has 48 members and representatives in Poltava, Ternopil, and Kolomyya.
