Liga Artis–Organization of Ukrainian Creative Youth

Liga Artis establishes contacts and exzchanges with art groups, and takes part in international festivals and contests. The organization would like to receive technical assistance in the following areas: organizational and financial management, leadership training, computer training, and publicity.
