Krok International Animation Film Festival

The Festival is the only event among those in CIS (Community of Independent States) that is sponsored and held by both Russia and Ukraine on parity basis with the cofounders thus being: The Russia Federation State Committee on Cinematography, The Filmmakers Union of Russia, The Confederation of the Filmmakers Union on the part of Russia; and Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine, Ukrainian Filmmakers Union on the part of Ukraine. This year KROK invites only students and first films.At the beginning of the August the VII Animation Film Festival KROK 2000 will be held aboard the ship bound for a voyage: Moscow Kostroma Yaroslavl Petrozavodsk Valaam Kiji St. Petersburg.
