National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy
This program is intended to develop a cadre of young Ukrainians with a two-year M.A. degree in economics, which they can then use to pursue further graduate study or enter a career of public service in Ukraine. Instructors are drawn from several Western countries and the curriculum is generally of a very high standard. Funding for the program comes from several foundations (Eurasia, Ford, Soros, Pew and Starr) as well as the Norwegian government and World Bank.
