The "Charity Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Development" begins operations on November 1st, 1996. Major areas of activities of the NGO will be, but are not limited to:
  1. NGO training and development programs
  2. Social and environmental projects for NGOs
  3. Business development
  4. Community development
  5. Water and sanitation
  6. Communications
The Foundation is happy to work in association with any other program or represent other interests in Crimea.

The Director of the Foundation has extensive experience of working in the areas mentioned above. Mr. Titochka received a Bachelor of Languages degreee from Kyiv State University in 1993. He has worked for a variety of U.S.-based NGOs, most recently for the Counterpart Foundation in Kyiv.
