This branch of the Union of Women received a grant from the Eurasia Foundation to establish a women's resource center in order to provide legal information and seminars to local women. Seminar and training topics include civil rights and women's participation in economic reform. Information bulletins on each seminar are published and distributed among other branches of the union in Turkmenistan. Branches are located in the following regions:
