The association unites nonprofit organizations in Voronezh to establish ties with charitable and business organizations in Russia and the West, and to bring business people into the work of the association. It was founded by six organizations in Voronezh:

Interlingua (tel. 55-40-02), Hope (33-68-62), Peace through Culture (49-81-40), Fund for the Development of the Arts (55-29-00), Fund for Public Health (55-29-00), and the Voronezh Municipal Fund for Social Security (55-14-49).
