The Resource Center was created by non-commercial active workers from adjacent Perm region (Chaikovsky Department of Perm Regional Law Center). The target of this project is the creation of a non-commercial sector in Udmurtiya, coordination of NGOs' activity, and the gathering of support for local NGOs.
