"Strategy Foundation of Business Culture Development, Support for Innovations and Cultural Initiatives Kaluga, Russia. "Strategy" Foundation was created as an operational foundation in 1995 for supporting activity aimed at all-round development of the business culture sphere, cultural spheres connected with management, NGO development, entrepreneurs, education, science, consulting, business infrastructure, new information technologies and others. The Foundation was also created for the purpose of consulting, financial, technical, organizational or some other assistance to socially significant innovations and cultural initiatives. "Strategy" Foundation is a public union with the status of a public foundation."
