"Personnel" Foundation of Assistance for Training of Staff in the
Market Economy and Development of Market Infrastructure in the Krasnodar Region

The foundation, founded in 1991, works to develop the small business sector of the Krasnodar region through research projects and education for entrepreneurs and business personnel.
