Parents Bridge

Parents Bridge is a shelter begun in September 1993 by Natalia Ustinova. She began taking boys in off the streets who had been involved in criminal cases, were released from delinquent facilities, or were the children of alchoholics or child-abusers. In the shelter, the boys are helped to stop using drugs and alchohol and are given an education. A psychologist is on the premisis, as well as a teacher.

In the first four years of operation, the shelter helped 34 boys. Ms. Ustinova's work has received recognition at both Russian and international conferences.
