Moscow Public Science Foundation

This organization works with the University of Saskatchewan International under a grant from the Canadian government to administer the Yeltsin Democracy Fellows Program. Under this program, approximately 100 Russians each year receive training in Canada related to some aspect of the Russian reform process.
