National Youth Council of Russia (NYCR)

NYCR is an umbrella coalition of youth and student NGOs. Established in 1992, it has 78 members, including 27 regional youth councils representing social, political, trade union, children's, and cultural organizations. NYCR works with the Russian parliament, organizes seminars and training courses for youth groups, publishes bulletins, and helps its members with legal issues.
