Institute for Perspectives and Problems of the Country

Working with the Québec Institute for International Research and Education (QIIRE) under a Canadian government grant, this organization has carried out a project to strengthen the democratic labor movement in Russia. The project involved development of a training program for labor educators and union members associated with the Workers' Democracy School.
