All-Russian Foundation for Social and Legal Protection of the Disabled

The foundation works for the social independence of the disabled, provides legal assistance, creates scientific-technical (training) centers, and is helping to develop a database of all the disabled in Moscow with the cooperation of UNESCO and the UN.
