Rostov Charitable Association of Families with Many Children

This association was founded in 1993 by a group of parents who united to defend the rights and interests of families with many children. The association works not only to provide needy families with aid but to encourage a sense of accountability and responsibility. In May 1998, the association held a telethon to raise money for needy children in Rostov oblast. The group is also planning a long-term fund raising project (1998�2000) to raise money for overburdened families. The association is collaborating with the Rostov oblast government to realize this project.
