The Fund of Ecological Coordination works to coordinate the interests of different influential groups by seeking out possibilities for cooperation and unification efforts with the purpose of creating the most effective and stable evolution of the city of Pskov and improvement of the quality of life for Pskov residents.

Sector of Activities:

• To promote development of a noncommerical sector in Pskov
• To promote growth of citizen activity of the population and formation of civil society in Pskov
• To spread knowledge about opportunities for spontaneous displays of democracy and to convince Pskov residents of the need to make use of their own rights
• To disseminate information about ecological conditions in the city and about activities of environmental organizations
• To take part in the definition of ecological politics of the city and represent the interests of noncommercial organizations and the city's population.
