Doveriye, meaning "trust," offers psychological services and counseling for troubled youth and women. The center runs numerous telephone help lines, a shelter for battered women, provides psychological counseling in local schools, and supports a women's entrepreneurship center in Staraya Rusa, a smaller city in Novgorod Oblast.
