Grechesky per. 3, k. 17
This organization was formed in 1996 by a group of young evangelical Baptists who were concerned about the state of human rights in the Don area. Despite its name, the group focuses its efforts primarily on soldiers' rights, and is active in exposing human rights violations in the Russian military and providing legal help for young men who desert their military units because of mistreatment.
