The Pskov branch of the Russian Children's Fund provides material, psychological, medical, and social support to disabled children, children from needy families, orphans, and former residents of orphanages in the city of Pskov and the surrounding region. The fund's programs include:
- Career Support Program. Helps young adults raised in orphanages or children's homes to find jobs and housing and provides them with them psychological, legal, and material aid
- Warm House Program. Children's institutions are provided with equipment and material aid. The program has already donated school buses and trucks to five children's homes and secured funds for an orphanage to make badly needed repairs
- Programs for the Disabled. In cooperation with the Association of Parents with Disabled Children, the Children's Fund established a school for children with cerebral palsy in 1997; other programs have provided blind children with "talking books" and obtained glucometers for young diabetics.
