Siberian Civic Initiatives Center Server

The Siberian Civic Initiatives Support Center is a Russian non-commercial, non-governmental organization which supports the development of democratic and economic reform by supporting the Third Sector in the Siberian region. The Center has its hub in Novosibirsk and has 11 affiliated organizations throughout the Siberian region which coordinate the Center's in the region.

The server, located in Novosibirsk, includes a downloadable directory in Russian containing several hundred Siberian organizations organized by city and cross-referenced by activity area. The server is also made available to other organizations which have begun to provide their own pages. They invite you to visit the server and to contact them with your comments and suggestions.
