Dialogue of Nations of the World was established in 1991 to provide social assistance to the disadvantaged. Founding organizations include Anna, Vostok, Insat, the Pacific Fleet, the Regional Children's Hospital, the Juridical Center, and the trade union of medical workers. The Dialogue has provided support services to Western organizations that seek to establish a presence in the RFE.
