Public Scientific Research Institute "CONTRANOMIA" (ONIIKA)

Public Scientific Research Institute " CONTRANOMIA" (ONIIKa) is a public , non-governemental, non-political, non-comercial organization.

ONIIKa was founded in 1995 on the initiative of Serghei Voroshilov, Dr. in Sociology, specialist in the field of deviant behavior sociology, military sociology, expert in the area of Black Sea Region of South - Eastern Europe.

Main direction of the ONIIKa activities are:

Scientific research and search activity in the field of social control for public security (development of social pathology, militarism, aggressive form of social behavoir including TERRORISM);
Educational program for training of social workers (social deviantologists).
Social practical work and social psychological assistance.

In 1995 year ONIIKa organized the first International social-deviantilogic seminar-symposium in the Black Sea region.

The organizational structure of ONIIKa includes

Faculty of Social Work (University and post-University education' level)
Independent sociological service

The Institute is seeking for partners in sphere of social activity.
