The center was organized by the initiative of young researchers from various regions of Kyrgystan in October 1996. The mission of the center is information distribution and protection of young researcher' rights as it strives to support their professional and research activities. It organized two round tables, a conference, and a series of training sessions on "legal literacy" in order to promote communication between young researchers in Kyrgystan. The center opened a "creative youth cafe" for young residents of Bishkek. It publishes an information bulletin "Rights of Young Researchers and Specialists in the Kyrgyz Republic" and works on establishing social partnerships with state and commercial agencies of the republic. The center has 100 members and offices in 5 regions of the republic.
